Who we are
Bloom: Habit Garden and bloomhabitgarden.com are operated by Daily Online L.L.C., United States. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@bloomhabitgarden.com.
Your garden on your iPhone
Bloom stores your gardener name, habit names, appearance choices, schedules, reminders and completion history locally on your iPhone. Your XP, plant growth, streaks and pins are calculated from that history. Bloom does not currently provide an account-based cloud backup or cross-device habit sync. Your iPhone’s system backup settings may separately include app data under Apple’s policies.
We do not send your habit names, notes, gardener name, health-related routines, faith-related routines or completion history to advertising platforms. Choosing a habit in the website demonstration does not create an account or save habit history.
Subscriptions and purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and payment details. RevenueCat helps Bloom validate purchases, restore access and determine whether Bloom Plus is active. This may involve an app-specific customer identifier, product identifiers, transaction information, purchase dates, receipt information and technical app/device information. We do not receive your complete payment card details. Subscription access and local habit history are separate: restoring a purchase does not restore a deleted local garden.
See Apple’s privacy information and RevenueCat’s privacy policy.
Technical diagnostics
Release builds may send crash diagnostics through Sentry to help us find and repair failures. Reports can contain the app version, operating system, device characteristics, exception type and technical stack information. Bloom’s configuration excludes the gardener’s identity, habit content, screenshots, view hierarchies, request contents, navigation breadcrumbs and private exception text. Session replay, advertising tracking and performance profiling are not part of this crash configuration.
Debug and automated-test builds do not send these diagnostics. See Sentry’s privacy policy.
Advertising measurement
AppsFlyer is being prepared for future install and subscription attribution. Its mobile SDK and advertising partner connections are not active in the current beta described here. We will update this policy and the app’s privacy information before enabling additional collection. Tracking that requires Apple’s permission will depend on your choice in Apple’s tracking prompt. We will not make notification or tracking permission a condition for ordinary permitted habit use.
Reminders and permissions
Bloom schedules local reminders only after notification permission is granted. Reminder schedules remain on your device. You can change notification permission in iPhone Settings. Local reminders are different from remote push notifications; cloud push delivery is not currently offered by this version.
This website
The website does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, visitor accounts or email-signup forms. Fonts, artwork and animation files are served with the website. Our hosting provider, Railway, processes technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, request time and browser information to serve and secure the site. If you follow an external link, that service has its own privacy practices.
When you contact us
If you email support, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, investigate a problem or handle your privacy choices. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or sensitive habit information. You decide whether to send an exported garden file.
Providers and disclosures
We use service providers for hosting, support email, subscription validation and diagnostics. They may process the categories above on our behalf to provide those services. We require providers acting for us to protect personal information and limit processing to the services we use. Apple also processes information under its own terms. We may disclose information if legally required, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer with appropriate notice and safeguards. Information processed by providers may be handled in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Your local garden remains on your device until you remove the relevant habits or app data. Deleting a habit removes its associated local care history. You can export your garden from You before removing data. Uninstalling the app may remove local data; Apple-managed device backups are controlled separately.
We retain support correspondence and technical records only as long as needed for support, security, legal obligations and resolving disputes. Some transaction records must be retained by Apple or payment-related providers under their rules and applicable law. We review retention when a record is no longer needed.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@bloomhabitgarden.com. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply. We may request enough information to verify your request. We cannot retrieve a local-only garden from our servers because that history is not stored there. See Privacy choices for practical steps.
Children
Bloom is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when our practices change, and provide additional notice or request permission when required. Questions can be sent to info@bloomhabitgarden.com.
